I am currently supervising the previs team. My responsibilities include meeting with directors and other deptartment heads to ensure a smooth workflow through the pipeline, organizing work and assets, troubleshooting shots, scene layout, and previs animation. My team is involved with the production from storyboard and design through animation.
I work closely with the directors and other department heads to make sure my team has the assets it needs, and our output is delivered in a useful format and on time.
